Later he took charge as Director of different entities like Thazhayil Nidhi Ltd THAZHAYIL FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED. He also serves as a Trustee for Thazhayil Education Trust and Managing Partner for InnovTech Solutions (Mobile App Development ). He got a Honorary Doctorate for overwhelming skills in NON-BANKING FINANCIAL SECTOR from Kings University,USA. He has taken keen attention for implementing dynamic business initiatives putting effective administrative practices at THAZHAYIL NIDHI LIMITED. Under his leadership the company has made substantial efforts to strengthen and improve both business quality and customer relationship.
Mrs.Richie Thomas
Mrs.Richie Thomas W/O Dr.Genoy John is a B-Tech graduate from Amal Jyothi College of Engineering,Kanjirapally,Kerala and holds her M-tech from Karunya University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. She is basically a teacher by profession who started her career as Asst.Professor in an engineering college. She took over the charge as Director of THAZHAYIL NIDHI LIMITED with the responsibility of formulating all administrative and corporate strategies. She extends her highest co-operation with the company and gives her novel ideas for business expansion. With her good marketing skills, she became instrumental in taking up new initiatives for business development right from the very inception of the Company.
Prof. Koshy Thomas
Beginning his career as a lecturer, Prof. Koshy Thomas has served as the Chairman of PG Board of Studies in MG University. He holds his M.Sc and M.Phil and was the former Head of the Post Graduate and Research Department of Zoology, Marthoma College, Thiruvalla. He was the Best District Governor and Lieutenant Regional Director of Y's Men International. He has extensive experience in Human Resource and Financial Management having prominent leadership skills. He has been instrumental in introducing good governance practices and created new avenues for Nidhi operations. Prof. Koshy Thomas has a wide and profound understanding of different sectors including the facets of modern banking. He is known for his strong acumen in administration and is presently serving as an Advisor for Thazhayil Nidhi Limited.
