Established in the year 1967 by late Sri.Yohannan Thomas with its registered office at Elanthoor, Pathanamthitta, THAZHAYIL GROUP has become an acclaimed name in the financial sector in the state of Kerala within a short span of time. Initially the company started its operations by the name THAZHAYIL CHITTY FUND in Elanthoor, Pathanamthitta District. As the company grew Dr. Thomas John (elder son of Mr. Yohannan Thomas) also joined the business in the year 1975 and changed the nature of business to give gold loan to the public under the name ‘THAZHAYIL FINANCE’.

Thazhayil Nidhi Limited was incorporated and declared by the Central Government of India in the year 2015 controlled and regulated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. It is a company that is working towards providing financial security and services to its members having engaged in the business of lending and borrowing with its members or shareholders. Now our Nidhi company has 55+ branches with more than 200 employees across 5 southern districts of Kerala.
Dr. Thomas John is serving as the Chairman of the entire THAZHAYIL GROUP of Business. His son Dr. Genoy John manages the day to day affairs of the company supported by a team of professionals.
